Visual Stories, Built With Purpose

From concept to final cut, each project is crafted with intention, clarity, and impact. I focus on clean editing, strong pacing, and visuals that support the story instead of distracting from it. The result is content that feels polished, on-brand, and ready for the audience it’s meant to reach.

Client-Driven Wedding Announcement Edit

This project started with raw iPhone footage and a draft edit that did not match the client’s vision for her wedding announcement. I refined the story by selecting the strongest clips, rebuilding the edit with smoother pacing, and applying color correction to improve consistency. I shared alternate versions with and without music, then re-edited to match the client’s chosen track for a final product that felt elevated, emotional, and share-ready. I enjoy projects like this because I work best when I can translate someone’s vision into a clean, finished edit.

Social Justice Video Project (Gonzaga University)

Created a research-based video project exploring a social justice topic through a clear narrative and supporting visuals. I conducted background research, wrote the script, and developed the structure to align with course guidelines and timeline requirements. I sourced relevant B-roll and imagery that matched the message, recorded narration audio, and edited the full piece from start to finish. This project strengthened my ability to translate research into a compelling story and deliver a complete video under defined academic constraints.

Live News, Real Execution

Built in a fast-paced newsroom environment, this work reflects hands-on production from start to finish. From setting up studio equipment and operating cameras, audio, and teleprompters to editing segments and preparing content for broadcast, I supported live shows with a focus on accuracy, timing, and quality. These examples include stories where I helped capture B-roll, recorded in-studio content, and contributed to edits that brought each segment to air.
